Please fill out the form below in order to register as an attendant to the MR 2020 conference in Oslo. You will receive a verification e-mail containing a confirmation link, payment details and information on how to book hotel rooms. Upon completion you can log in to your attendant page, review your status and upload your abstract.
Submission of abstracts was officially open until November 9th, 2019, but we will work with you to accomodate late submissions.
The scientific program will begin on the morning of January 7th and conclude in the late afternoon of January 8th.

In the unlikely event that the hotel is fully booked, your accomodation will be refunded. We will contact you concerning possible arrangements with nearby hotels.
The MR 2020 committee holds one uniform cancellation policy for the meeting. Cancellations are possible until November 9th, 2019. From that time cancellations are not possible and fees are not refundable.
Insurance note: Each conference participant is personally responsible for accidents and consequences thereof and for their own personal belongings before, during and after the meeting.
